With ClubExpress, you have a complete platform to run your organization, including website with areas for the public, members, and admins; member and non-member databases; event calendar with online registration; credit card processing; blast emailings and text messaging, unlimited documents and photos, discussion forums, surveys, and many other functions for the tasks that clubs and associations need to do on a regular basis. And it's all integrated together.
Here's an example: ClubExpress includes a powerful, blast emailing function like ConstantContact or MailChimp. But our function understands about committees, interest groups, chapters, member types, mailing list categories, and other features of ClubExpress. So when you send out an emailing to a complex distribution list, it will automatically pick up the correct set of people.

We're continually working to add features to our overall platform, the event calendar, online discussion forums, support for multi-tier organizations, support for mobile devices, and new functionality. We're also working to update and improve the user interface.

ClubExpress pricing is straightforward and published up front on our website.
We charge a one-time setup fee of $150, which includes support during the setup process and importing your member and non-member databases. Higher level setup options are available for organizations that need more help getting up and running.
After that, we charge a monthly hosting fee based on the number of active members in your club or association. The minimum monthly fee is $30 for up to 72 active members. Then 42¢ per active member per month up to 200 members. Then discounts kick in, all the way up to 10¢ per active member per month for organizations with more than 8000 active members.

The signup wizard has 3 screens and takes about 5 minutes to complete. Then we take you to your new website where you log in.
Next, you will see a Setup Check List, which can take up to an hour to complete. Once that's done, you go into Trial mode.
At any time, you can provide payment information and we'll switch you to an active account and charge the setup fee.
When you are ready, we will import your initial member and non-member databases for you. You review the data and then the welcome email can be sent out.
Unlimited email support for admins and members is included in our setup and monthly hosting fees. Period. If members have a problem logging in, registering for an event, renewing a membership, making a payment, or changing a password, they can call us and we will help them.
