"Hatchback Ltd recently undertook a large period conversion of a Grade II listed Georgian building in the heart of Leamington Spa. The building was in disrepair and was being converted into 12 apartments and a penthouse for sale. To enable us to bring these high end apartments to market, we enlisted the expertise of Chemical Code. The requirements were a comprehensive understanding of the luxury property sector we were targeting. A website, brochure and hoardings were all required and more importantly an identity for the development for buyers to relate to. As the development featured some marque brands and new pieces of technology, understanding how to portray these in the correct way was key. A number of other specialists in CGI, photography and printing were utilised and Chemical Code needed to co-ordinate all these aspect into a package that needed to be delivered in a short time frame without compromising on quality. I found the cost very effective and pleased with the service all round."
