I love having all of the patient charts at my fingertips wherever I am, through computers at home, tablets, or my smart phone. Now when patients have after-hours problems, I am able to offer them the same level of care as I would if they were calling us at the office during the day.I also appreciate how attentive that technical support and the programmers have been when we have identified an issue that needs to be fixed or added. With previous programs I have used, we sometimes had to wait 6 months for the next software release. But ChARM is constantly adding to and improving the product."
