"Breeze IT have been an exemplary supplier of bespoke software. The Management Information System built for us was completed on time, under budget and to a rigorous, ever-changing specification. The approach taken to finding a solution was very accommodating; any requirement we had was accepted and dealt with without fuss or issue, even considering the restraints of public sector development. Regular meetings and day-to-day contact with the Project Manager ensured the project was always on track and to schedule. Software updates have been developed and issued without problem, all of them deployed 'out of hours' to help minimise the disruption to users. Product support and maintenance has been fantastic, all problems are dealt with promptly with a member of the team explaining how the problem occurred and what the eventual solution was. Even when an overzealous end-user is to blame the response is still as courteous and helpful!"
