You can categorize and color code shifts which is really helpful for admin purposes. As an event manager I love being able to see the entire schedule at all times at my fingertips, and EVERYONE loves having access to everyone’s contact info (which we as managers can do right from the schedule). As a volunteer, shift reminders are great to have, and it’s really easy to contact your manager from your schedule as well! The documents tab is also very useful to put in emergency procedures, guidelines, and venue layouts. They are also transparent with things they are working on (like being able to add and remove shifts from your phone) and seem to be a very responsive and proactive company.”
