"I’ve used Astrix for eight temporary and two permanent job candidate searches over 9 years as an R&D Analytical Chemistry Lab Manager. These searches were for two distinctly different companies. I’ve sought candidates with far-ranging skillsets including recent graduates, seasoned professionals with doctorate degrees, GxP experienced, R&D experienced, etc. Finding the right organizational fit is not trivial.
