“With Airmeet, there is this thing where | can design my own emails to the audience or the people that have uploaded." I'm using it for every event. Actually."
“The biggest differentiator for us was Airmeet’s social interaction component. In Zoom, the information flows passively.”
“Airmeet’s social lounge gives our members a platform where post the event they can meet other startups of interest, grow the network, find opportunities, and build awareness about their product.”
“There are other platforms, which offer crazy features. With Airmeet, the intersection of features with price point was perfect. The quality we got for the investment we made was really money well spent.”
“At Airmeet, every session gets recorded. We can utilise those again on our website, social media, or even YouTube videos to re-engage the client base and share them with delegates who couldn’t show up. This is a great tool to drive traffic to social media, drive sales, increase engagement on our website, drive traffic to the speaker’s website, giving every participant added exposure, and leaving everyone happier.”
“Airmeet is about humanizing the event experience. It instantly feels modern and of the current times. It feels like any other state-of-the-art technology platform that we are so used to using in our day-to-day lives.”
“We ran a very interesting event on Airmeet- the South African National Karate Championship. We didn’t have any sessions, It was executed entirely in the lounge, and all of it was at the tables. We had the judges sit around the table, and then we’d invite the two competitors in to present their set of forms (kata). Once they were done, we’d ask them to leave and then judge them based on their performance. All of this was done virtually with each participant being in a different location.”
“We used polls a few times to bring people’s attention to different areas of the event. We asked them if they used the networking or checked out the company booths, etc. We wanted them to know that these are the other Airmeet features that can be used besides the sessions.”
“We regularly use the event support services to help us ensure that the events are successful and so people can start believing in the event and the organization. For me, this is super critical because if the event fails, then people are not going to trust us. Through Airmeet’s support services, we get confidence. And we are able to better understand what to expect, what to commit, and the limitations as well.”
“The team at Airmeet was able to accommodate us so quickly even though it was very last minute. It was a good experience. Airmeet was very considerate in having two sessions with us, just trying to get us through all the features. I personally went in and made a walkthrough event. I played around with who I can make a speaker, what that involves, and the team tried out various features. We roleplayed to assign hosts, and other responsibilities checked what the backstage looked like etc. We also tried to do run-throughs with our speakers ahead of time.”
"Overall, we like using the platform. We personally find the Airmeet Fluid Lounge really fun. It seems to be the most memorable feature. It requires minimal effort, is somewhat unconventional, and is less draining on your energy, offering a hallway experience that people tend to miss."
“To be honest, we have experimented with other similar products, but we still chose to stick with Airmeet due to our relationship with the people. I’m always in conversation with my Airmeet Account Manager, we have many conversations about our event challenges, and he is really good at keeping everything on track. When we tell him we want to do an event, all he asks is when we need to do it, and things are taken care of.”
“Cascade is a SaaS company. Our product helps companies align their strategies. It’s a great place to plan, execute and track a company’s work and progress. The software helps everyone in a company to know and understand how their actions and work will impact the whole business.”
“I am definitely going to use Airmeet to scale up when I start planning our Hackathon. This is an important event as it’s a lead up to the launch of our Mintbase platform and I know Airmeet is where I’m going to be hosting it.”
“On another platform, we only had pre-recorded presentations, and I had to do the live keynote on our Facebook group. Since we were working in two different places, it got very confusing for some users. But on Airmeet, we were able to combine live presentations with pre-recorded presentations on the same platform, which we had never done before.”
