From the very start of the process, the sales, technical and managerial people at Advance were there to answer questions, provide solutions and fix problems. From providing multiple input sources (our employees primarily use cellphones to enter the data) Advance Systems even supplied flawless Spanish language prompts for a mainly Hispanic workforce!
