"We have been working with Your Dev Team as an embedded part of our team since 2015. We’ve gotten some good-quality developers and testers. Communication-wise, they have improved during the project. This is often a worry when going offshore, but YDT’s specialists fit well within our teams. They were certainly competitive compared to hiring employees. We could’ve found lower-cost resources but not at this quality. All of our development is managed from our end, who works directly with the team in Belarus. We use tracking tools and this system has worked well for us."
