    If you can login to an online account you are good to go. When you first setup your YouCanBook.me account you will need to integrate a Microsoft or Google calendar. From there you can use the UI to configure different booking pages for your needs. There is nearly unlimited options. But right at the start the template will be functional and ready to take bookings. There is a knowledge base, forum community and an Academy to help you to understand everything.

    In the near term more options will be unlocked for bookers by giving them the ability to have their own login to manage upcoming bookings. This also will allow them to find easier times to meet with you.

    Beyond this work will continue on the API to provide a stronger foundation for companies of all sizes to build scheduling apps customized to their workflows.

    The cost is $10 per unique calendar connected per month. There are discounts for annual and 2 year plans (1 month free and 4 months free respectively). There is a 30% education discount for all public schools and universities. Bulk discounts are available when you connect more than 50 calendars.

    A free plan is also offered that will have limited features. You can only connect one calendar and can only have one booking page and no access to support.

    A free two-week trial is offered for any and all signups.

  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for YouCanBookMe software.

    Setup an account and invite your team to join.
    Then you will build out booking page templates for different scenerios. You can customize things as needed.
    Once you test out the template and things are working, you can build out more pages and connect your team's calendars to those pages. Then share the pages with your customers to get your team bookings.

    From start to finish the process should take less than a day or two. You have a full two weeks to get ramped up and to fully test things.
