"There is no greater achievement for a company like ours than providing better service to our customers. With help from Xerox, we have streamlined our printing and data operations, reducing the time necessary to perform important tasks at every level. We were also able to cut costs and assign our IT personnel to the jobs they were hired to do versus forcing them to focus on constant maintenance and repair ineffective equipment. We are excited to be moving into Phase II of the project. I know that we will see further improvements in terms of productivity and savings."
