A lot of times with bigger software or corporations, you put in your ticket request and it can take hours to get a response and by that time you’ve figured it out yourself… Another thing is, over time, Wink has adjusted the way they mold their reports around programs like ServiceM8. What that tells me is the developer is invested in creating a better product and all-around experience for their customer.”
