"We love working with Visible Equity and have never hesitated to give them a score of 10+. They are quick to implement ideas, are always making beneficial updates to their software, and handle support requests promptly and efficiently. We can depend on their analytics and are able to analyze our portfolio at a much deeper level than ever before.Visible Equity has given us access to a multidimensional view of our portfolio that we use at all levels of management. Our member solutions (collections), consumer lending, and real estate lending managers use the software to drill down to the department and loan level, whereas our senior management team is able to use the software to get a quick high-level view of our portfolio.We have been through two exams while with Visible Equity. Our examiners have been impressed with our ability to drill down in our portfolio and provide them with the information they request in an expedited fashion. During our last visit, our examiners were especially impressed with our fair lending review of our portfolio. We have a fair lending policy in place and have been able to speak to it, but with Visible Equity's Fair Lending Module we were able to show that we not only have a policy in place, but also proactively monitor and test our portfolio on a routine basis.It's difficult to choose just one or two things that we have found most fruitful, as each user of the software gets something different based on their specific needs. Visible Equity, for me, has made portfolio review fun. I used to spend days, weeks working on our real estate negative equity reports. I did not look forward to them because they were so cumbersome. I now love our negative equity reports because my time is no longer devoted to preparing the reports; it's spent on analyzing the data and making effective use of the information.We monitor performance of groups of loans (static pool analysis) based on origination date and have used the system to closely monitor the effects of changes to our underwriting practices. Visible Equity has made it so we can assess our indirect portfolio performance by dealer. Having the ability to monitor the migration of credit scores in our portfolio has been hugely beneficial and has proven to be a great tool for our member solutions department. We are better able to price our loans because Visible Equity has given us the ability to view loan profitability across loan types and credit grades.Visible Equity is amazing. We have been able to customize our system and view things in a way that we want to view them. We didn't have to conform to Visible Equity's file specs. We sent them the information we thought was important and wanted to monitor. Everything we have asked Visible Equity to do for us has been done. Any ideas we have for future upgrades have been considered. They listen and because of that continue to offer an amazing product. I really can't say enough good things about Visible Equity."
