"Los Angeles Mission College (LAMC) launched its Veteran Resource Center by using the Viridis System. Viridis allows college counselors to address the needs of our veteran students on a daily basis. It supports all of the best practices associated with career pathways, learning communities, and student success. Viridis ensures that outreach, admission, enrollment, orientation, mentoring and the college's ongoing student support services are fully utilized by the Veterans. It also ensures that the academic and career/technical pathways are completed so that the Veteran student can transfer, acquire their AA degree or certificate and become employed in their chosen career field."
