“Due to the increased number of employees at the St. Valentin location, it was necessary to reach a faster flow time at the POS and to find a simple handling for the employees. We also wanted to find a solution that allows us to evaluate reports and analyzes more clearly, more quickly, and to enable our canteen operator to process this in his system. After conversations with Dr. Langer and his team, the system from ventopay could convice us best and the changeover to the new POS system mocca.touch and a moneyloader machine mocca.value was made possible withouth problems within a short time. The ECS canteen has now been state-of-the-art. In addition to the components listed above, a mobile cash register from ventopay is also in use for the sales office in hall IV. Since we have been using the ventopay system, I can only confirm that all the points we discussed and agreed on have been positively fulfilled and we are now facing the next milestone of 500,000 plates in March 2014.
