"Since implementing the VAL-PM system I am now in complete control of not only our maintenance operations but of our costs. VAL-PM has allowed me to make considerable savings as the knowledge I now hold allows me to prioritise the order in which we address both the maintenance and defect issues within the hotel. We now address rooms with issues in order of their ability to generate revenue. As a result, our best rooms are now available all the time.
