"We have been working with UXpresso since spring 2013, when I finally decided on a complete redesign of our website. When discussing what things we should put accent on in the new design , we did not hold on to similarity with the original look and gave designers freedom to create whatever they want and we have never regretted this decision later. We liked the idea of our new design from its first prototypes, and while still some adjustments have been made, they were made quite easily and quickly. We are very pleased with conscientious attitude to smallest details of the project; during the final stages of work it sometimes seemed that they would never end – somewhere an icon should have been corrected, or a button should have been pulled a few pixels up, but the results exceeded all our expectations. At all stages of the redesign process with UXpresso we felt professionalism and operational support in all matters of appearance and usability. Knowing that people do not always accept new design right away even if it is better then the old one, we left an option to keep using the old design. This function was used by less than 5 % of the active audience, although we were ready for 10-15%. We are very satisfied with the cooperation and will come to UXpresso again."
