Tyk enhances access to API management with free licenced and open source options. There are no restrictions to their open source API gateway. Plus, the portal and dashboard are free for developers and they can use the full-featured product for non-commercial purposes. On the API developer portal, developers can self-enrol, learn, and see their personal use analytics for your services.

Tyk API gateway supports HMAC request signing, access token, Mutual TLS, JSON Web tokens, social OAuth (e.g. Github, Twitter, GPlus), LDAP, basic auth, OpenID Connect, and providers of legacy basic authentication.

Mock out APIs

Utilize Tyk’s API controls to mock out API editions before launch. Import API blueprints from Swagger or Apiary to make it simple to start with this platform.
