      We revise our roadmap on a quarterly basis, based on industry trends, user requirements and competitor changes. Our focus includes improvements and evolution to our existing products, alongside new features, functionality and integrations.

    • Which popular or common software does Totara integrate with?

      As an open core application, Totara can be integrated with any outside application, however our products do come with a range of standard APIs and in-built integration tools. Out of the box, we offer integration with Zoom and MS Teams web conferencing; LDAP, OAuth2, Shibboleth (etc) authentication providers, GO1 content library and many more.

      Our tiered subscription pricing is based on the number of active users in a 12 month period. We have tiers ranging from 500 user to 1 million+. A subscription for each product making up the Totara Talent Experience Platform (Totara Learn, Totara Engage and Totara Perform) can be purchased separately or all three products can be bundled together at a discounted rate.

      Implementation will vary from organization to organization, depending on the complexity of the installation. As an open core application, Totara can be adapted and customized to your requirements with the development of bespoke functionality or implementation of a third party system integration.

      A standard installation with a simple theme/design can range between a 3 week to 3 month timeframe, more complex and customized site can take from 2 months to 6 months.
