"I have worked with Erin Granillo of Total Presence Management through the Greater West Valley HR Managers group and through the Certified Distribution Logistics Technician program at Estrella Mountain Community College. I am the program manager for that program and Erin approached me with a unique and practical approach to externships. She has gone to great lengths to set up externship opportunities with her clients and she is managing the entire process. The students will sign up for several shifts, the client will adhere to a standard outline ensuring a learning experience and she’s doing all this without profit to Total Presence Management. This speaks to her integrity and desire to go the extra mile for the workforce.
