    -The second bucket covers recurring user administration fees. These fees are determined by the number of employees using the program, and can be assessed annually or quarterly. Cost per user per month can range from $2.50 per user to less than $.50 per user, with larger organizations seeing a discounted fee per user.
    -The third bucket of cost covers any awards redeemed from Terryberry through the system and is completely dependent on what the client has budgeted for employee awards. Terryberry works with our clients to provide a dynamic and customizable award selection that adds value to any recognition program, regardless of budget.

    Terryberry’s typical implementation timeline runs about 6-10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the program being assembled. Customers are guided through the phases of the implementation process by a 360 Recognition Specialist. The specialist will meet with the client build team on a weekly basis, answering questions, providing technical support, recommending best practices, and assembling the program using the information, preferences, and design assets developed by the client build team. The implementation process concludes with site testing, the development of a unique user guide, and training sessions intended to educate employees and leaders on how to use their new recognition program.
