"We had been successfully using Lotus Approach for over a decade but decided that the time was right to upgrade our system to TeamDesk, on the recommendation of Bedrock Success. Bedrock Success had been looking after our IT needs since they decided at the time that Lotus Approach was the software best suited to our business needs. Over the years they tweaked and improved it and made it a very steady and robust system. It served us very well for a long period of time. However, technology changes and we were very attracted by the prospect of using a cloud based system instead of the more limiting Windows based model. Our job has us constantly on the move and the ability to access data via a smart phone or laptop away from the office was very attractive. It seemed much more powerful than Approach with many nice features such as being able to have all the template documents integrated in the system, the payments process was much more simplified and we could email our clients directly through TeamDesk. Bedrock Success carried out a seamless migration and even added in a few extra features that were required. Since then we have been really enjoying the new cloud based experience and it has made our work much easier.
