Store-and-Forward 

In the store-and-forward (SAF) module, the audio player downloads its music to the card at a particular time. When the music is scheduled for playout it will function straight from the SD card. This makes your internet connection fully available for other purposes.

Streamit offers two SAF solutions: One is an extensive SAF tool that uses ADP and the other uses the Simple SAF Server.

Fully Featured SAF

For a complete SAF solution, all you require are the Lisa players, ADP, and your playlists. This allows you to set up the SAF tool with scheduled announcements and commercials. Utilize the ADP to configure and track the Lisa players, and to schedule the audio download and playout.

Simple SAF Server

This solution allows you to use your manually created and specific playlists and tracks for store-and-forward on the Lisa players. Just drag and drop your music to Streamit’s cloud service and he Simple SAF Server will take care of the rest.
