Not only is their service demeanor calm and friendly–very important to the low-tech ones in the world–their abilities, patience and tenacity took my business to the next level. They also made it a point to let me know how my information was staying my information during the transfers. Very important for compliance purposes. My computer system was so old, most of the software no longer exists, nor is it supported. Strategic Communications went out of their way to find the connecting dots to make my new system work–the way I know to use it. They then showed me a few short cuts and waded me through some new options with baby steps–showing me where to find even more details on the new system should I be interested. They then followed up daily until I felt comfortable with all the workings on the new computer.
