I called and this friendly woman answered the phone named Vickie Capes. I told her my dilemma and she got to work. She even drove from her office in NC to ours in VA to meet me for lunch. We also had the predicament that we didn’t know who had control of site, hosting or domain. Vickie made calls and got control of the situation. We started working on a design. It came out fantastic! She added links and was very affordable for the size of our company. From time to time we needed changes made to the site and she and her team were always available and ALWAYS answered the phone, which is a big deal for me.
