"Initially we viewed the introduction of virtual assessment centres as a solution to continue with vital recruitment during the nationwide lockdown. After running several centres, we realised the benefits of these centres were far greater. Administrative costs have been dramatically reduced and travel costs for assessors and candidates completely removed. As a not-for-profit this allows us to invest more in the graduates and apprentices joining the organisation. Automated candidate reports and the digital note taking capacity not only saves us time, it provides us with legible assessor notes making additional feedback easier to deliver. Most importantly the platform has provided an enjoyable experience for candidates and assessors and given us confidence we can continue to recruit in the event of future Covid-19 related restrictions and lockdowns."
"We’ve already had positive feedback from our innovation team. They like that it’s digital as it’s aligned to our strategy to become a digital first company. They like the reports and that all the data is stored in one place, they like having the guidance and support."
