  • How does SnapClose benefit them?

SnapClose allows its customers to do more in less time and run their real estate closings smoothly. Our software reduces human error, increases collaboration, and makes the overall title closing process simpler.

  • How technical do users need to be to use SnapClose's software?

All title closing software can have some degree of complexity. With that said, SnapClose provides personalized onboarding with a dedicated support desk to help our customers get up and running. Even if you're not technologically savvy, our support team is there, free of charge, for training and assistance whenever needed.

SnapClose has the integrations that our customers expect. We have nearly 100 vendors and underwriters and we provide the capacity for customers to add their favorite search vendor. SnapClose also operates coast to coast across the continental USA.

  • Who are SnapClose's biggest competitors (3-5 companies)?

Just like many other industries - we have competitors. Qualia, Softpro, Accutitle - just to name a few.

  • How/why is SnapClose better than those competitors (or most others in their market)? What about SnapClose is unique, stronger, easier, etc.?

SnapClose is a family-owned business and has been since its inception. We are also independently owned. While most companies will suggest they are "customer-focused" - as a family-owned business, we truly understand how important being customer-focused is for our survival as a company.
We take the time and effort to learn who our customers are, understand their issues - and update our software according to their feedback.

  • What kind of features can customers expect SnapClose to release in the near future? And longer term?

SnapClose continuously updates its software in accordance with feedback from our customers - with that said, SnapClose is always working towards improvements in our software - with the hope of further streamlining the closing process for our customers.

  • Which popular or common software does SnapClose integrate with?

SnapClose is vendor-neutral - meaning, we cannot single out one popular or common software that we integrate with. For more information on our vendors/underwriters - please visit https://snapclose.com/partners/ for a full list of our business partners.

  • Software pricing can often be complex. If it's pretty straightforward, list tiers, pricing (per year, seat, etc) and limits for SnapClose. If it's not simple, use broad estimates or ranges for typical setups.

Providing actual pricing information is difficult - as it can vary from state-to-state and from circumstance to circumstance. We can say this - there are no long-term contracts in SnapClose, no set-up fees, and no training fees associated with SnapClose.

  • Does SnapClose offer a trial or free download available?

No - unfortunately, given the complexity of setting up a title company/law office - there are no free demos associated with our software. However - as our software is paid monthly, with no contracts, there isn't a significant commitment if a user did want to test our product for a month. They would, however, be charged according to that monthly pricing.

  • Does SnapClose offer any kind of training/education for their product?

SnapClose provides personalized onboarding with free one-on-one training sessions with one of our support team members. These pieces of training have no limitations - our customers can use them freely whenever they feel the need.

  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for SnapClose software.

How long is a piece of string? The answer here can vary greatly depending on the organization. However, we can have a customer implemented in as little as 24 hours - depending on their timeline, and needs. This does vary by organization and there is no one size fits all answer.

  • What are the SnapClose support options? List all.
