"Sky Horizon QMS system has provided our hotel with fast and effective way of communication between the various service departments management and team. Moreover, the communication is now documented and not verbal any more thus no agent or technician can deny that a service call was not received and is not accurate as we did experience before implementing the system. We are able now to take very efficient reports showing complete trace of any guest request or job work order which is fully documented. Thus, we are able to identify which problems keep occurring and take a clear decision to replace as opposed to repair an asset."
