"Before this software, like most companies out there, we were having to fill out hard copies of our safety reports, store them on site, chase them down so I knew that the forms were being completed as necessary and all those other things that are simply….. well a waste of valuable production and administrative time. Just about every single form we use in the area of Health & Safety, including Daily Hazard Assessments, Toolbox Meetings and Equipment Pre-use Inspections, to name just a few, are completed, signed, stored and automatically sent to the office by using this software. We have gone from “Hard Copy Chaos” to “Digital Order”. I have confirmed with WorkSafeBC that having the various documents on SiteDocs keeps you compliant with OH&S regulations without having to keep mountains of paperwork on site. Certainly something worth looking into if you are not already using software for your Health & Safety."
