You can upload files in multiple formats and include details for signers. Use the platform’s predesigned templates or create your own for repeat use. Select the position of the signature box and place it in files to collect e-signatures. Specify the signing order and signers will get notifications when their time for document signing comes.

SigningHub complies with EU eIDAS regulations, UETA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and the ESIGN Act. The tool provides flexible user authentication measures, including username and password, locally-held PKI tokens, External Identity Providers, and two-factor authentication. Pricing is available as a per user per month subscription and as a base price calculated for number of annual signatures.
