"We surveyed 182 senior managers in a range of industries: 65% said meetings keep them from completing their work, 71% said meetings are unproductive and inefficient and 64% said meetings come at the expense of deep thinking. 62% said meetings miss opportunities to bring the team closer together."
"With remote work, there are fewer chances to ask employees, ‘Hey, how are you?’ and then pick up on important cues as they respond. But the data is clear: Our people are struggling. Meeting rooms and team culture will need to evolve to ensure all voices are heard."
