"Hi Jim, I felt the need to take a few minutes to express my thanks and appreciation for what you've done for me and my co-workers through the Leadership Development Program. For the first time in many years, I see positive change in attitudes and relationships in the workplace. Although I feel we still have a long way to go, it's nice to know and feel I can now pretty much talk to anyone about anything and get a general feeling of caring and consideration. I also, for the first time, have become very committed to bettering myself. I feel sorry for those who seem unwilling or unable to change but the vast majority is overwhelmingly better for having taking the program. I truly thank you and keep up the good work."
