I know who I’m talking to, and that if I have a challenge, they’ll work on it and follow up and do something about it. SalonBiz values its existing clients; the relationship doesn’t drop off after you sign up. The iPad app has changed how we work. Parking is difficult in our downtown location, and it was affecting our retail numbers. Because of the iPad app we can offer curbside retail and run out to a waiting car with the product and an iPad to swipe their card right there on the street."
