Too many recruitment consultancies simply skim job boards and shuffle CVs to potential employers. In their eyes, this is not a valuable service.
"After taking the time to understand our needs, Sales Recruit Scotland came up with a shortlist of candidates, providing CVs and detailed interview notes for each. This really helped us to decide on which candidates to take to interview. Tight timescales meant that I was unable to attend first stage interviews in person, but Sales Recruit Scotland were happy to arrange for their candidates to attend their premises to be interviewed over a Skype link, before we flew our favourites to our offices for a final stage meeting.
