Repsly customers can start using the software on the day of purchase. Account setup typically takes one business day. Advanced Reporting customers typically need a few weeks to set up data integrations and custom dashboards.
Each Repsly customer is paired with a Customer Success Manager who is available to answer questions and provide training via email or over the phone. Users can also contact the support team directly within the application to resolve a specific issue.
