Reetro was started after their frustration with the retrospective process. It was a mess to align all the team mambers on the same board. It was hard to give annonymous feedback. And there was no way to look back into their retrospective data and to learn from it. After few of them grew frustrated with the overall process and their inability to find a tool which can help them solve all of their troubles. They decided to build a tool for theirselves.
