"After a disappointing year with another development group and investing substantial sums of money we found it necessary to start over. Increased traffic and no increase in sales. They created a new design, web content, functional navigation, and integrated order processing with our call center and fulfillment house. Minimal demands on us so we could continue running our business as they did their development. The Redhead Team were effective, courteous, and most important effective. We’ve been up and running for 3 weeks…they have followed up on every glitch that comes with a start up…fast. When the site went live customers had no trouble with orders. Our call center had no problem placing their orders…previously we spent 3 to 4 hours every day correcting errors. Total $ cost for the new website is about 50% less than quotes we received when searching for a web design groups.
