"I had just recently terminated another web developer that had no vision of my business model, failed to perform and meet project deadlines, including breaking contractual agreement of website total cost…. this could have otherwise spelled disaster for my business and incurred literally thousands of dollars in added costs, if I had gone forward. It was then I knew I was now headed in the right direction. Rosanne along with her remarkable team of web developers, designers and armed with her creative smarts, they provided me with the most beautiful design I could have ever imagined. She collaborated with me on every step forward making sure that she and her design team would fulfill my vision, only sometimes just missing the mark slightly, but it was remedied immediately once further discussion ensued. But as with all things, not everything goes smoothly without a few bumps here and there. And believe me grasping my concept was no small undertaking for them as I am a perfectionist. So my hat is off to them! Once all was decided in multiple phone meetings, they presented me with a mockup that was so elegant, feminine and refreshing, I was overwhelmed. They nailed it with the first concept…. no do over with this team! Then topping it off with the slide show presentation of images after a few subtle tweaks, I could barely contain myself from the emotion I felt on the pure essence of beauty Andy (designer / photo shop extraordinaire) had captured well beyond my imagination. The seamless melding of soft, feminine color influence and site layout has provided my customers ease of use and a wonderful calming experience, with a professional edge while shopping at our new site. The new website feedback has been fantastic and nothing short of all positive. Seth, another great team member, was always a source of comfort if I didn’t fully understand something. He made himself available to me if I needed assistance with anything that concerned me or had me a tad freaked out. No slighting of all those that are part of the RedHead Labs team however, because the camaraderie of everyone involved made for an experience that took me from website catastrophe to website rescue. I was truly blessed with that very first phone call when Rosanne picked up the other end.
