"We contracted with Realm to meet an aggressive eCommerce implementation (under 4 months after vendor selection was completed, with a complete ERP integration including inventory levels) on to a web site that was not designed for eCommerce. In addition to being time constrained, we were also under very heavy budget constraints. During vendor selection, we were impressed by not only Jay's responsiveness, but his candor as well. He was very up front regarding limitations and concerns, but also offered alternatives. This accelerated the design process, and we were not disappointed with any of the results. Implementation was fast and smooth, including the responses to some of the inevitable course corrections required in every project. Despite our serious initial concerns regarding the Shopify implementation becoming the pacing task on the project, Realm always completed on or ahead of schedule. We completed the project on schedule, and well within budget. Realm has provided support for our site since go live, and is a valued business partner for Citizen."
