Questys Capture

The module leverages Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to collect pertinent data. This technology can gather both full-page data as well as zonal data in a particular place on a page. It also recognizes symbols, handwriting, and barcodes.

After data is collected, you can validate the gleaned information with side-by-side images for quality control. You can then import the content into Questys ECM or other document management system, or export it as an XML, PDF, or TIFF file.

Questys Document Management

This module includes functionalities such as redactions and annotations, audit trail, version control, and check-in/check-out. The roll-back function allows you to revert a file to an older version to identify errors. You can leave comments on your document edits. Changes are displayed by timelines and usernames so all parties know who made the alterations in the document.

With the search speed feature, you can swiftly locate the needed document in databases of any size. You can search for specific folders, metadata, documents, or keywords. Further, you can decide who can access particular content. For instance, you can provide read-only access or limit editing for specific files.

Questys Workflow

This module offers tools to enable you to automate your processes. It presents a GUI Workflow Designer with drag-n-drop features to customize the flow of projects and tasks. Other capabilities include email notifications, multiple file attachments, and automatic work escalation based on a defined time period. Finally, this module stores all actions performed within the platform.
