"We’ve been a client since ‘forever’ and love the responsiveness of PCS. I have problems, they have solutions. We can call them, or we email, or we use the help desk. We had a serious issue, had to replace it, and Dan’s crew worked round the clock to get us back up. Since then, I’ve utilized a ‘managed service’ contract with them which I recommend. You pay a fixed amount monthly, and you don’t have blow-ups going forward. They service and maintain at a fixed cost. It’s GREAT."
