    Procurify has always put the user experience first when it comes to product development. We've been using it ourselves since 2013 so we're all users of the product.

    Outside of the implementation, which we have a dedicated team to guide your spend policy and approval process setup, users can make requests and approvals immediately. For advanced user roles, there are a few additional steps that need to be learned, but we have an on-demand video tutorial, an accessible customer support team, and a maintained knowledge base to suit your preferred learning style if you get stuck.

    Aside from customers telling us that we're easier to use and feel more intuitive, we have a tremendous team that will help you overcome frustrations you will encounter with any system.

    Procurify won't win an award for most features and isn't the cheapest solution out there. Why we continue to grow and attract more customers every year is our dedication to finding the balance between agility and control. Call us idealistic, but we believe that control and agility don't have to be mutually exclusive. We're lucky that we have amazing customers that believe that as well.

    Procurify's pricing really depends.

    We offer it for free to qualifying charities and university groups, and have pricing for small business, mid-size organizations, and publically traded enterprises. Your best bet is to spend 30 minutes talking to one of our account executives who can help guide you in choosing the features you actually need. If we can't help you, we will definitely point you towards the best fit solution for your needs.
