"Communication was excellent throughout the development of the website. It began with a face-to-face consultation to discuss in detail the requirements and expectations. All subsequent communication was via regular e-mail. I felt very much involved throughout the development process with very regular (more often once/twice daily) communication throughout. Our needs were quickly understood and our biggest issue, speedy delivery, was certainly provided. There was some use of 'jargon' not immediately understood by ourselves, but all queries were promptly responded. Final outcome was excellent. Every detail we commented on was attended to. Our revised site was up and running a week before the deadline. We provided 'indications' of what we were looking for be means of sample sites we had seen elsewhere and this proved invaluable to achieving what we wanted within the timescale. We were quite taken back by (a) the time taken to respond, and (b) the quality of delivery - both were exceptional. To summarise, we were extremely pleased with the delivered product and would highly recommend Poppy Designs to anyone looking for that added 'personal touch'."
