“After evaluating different software products for the analysis of RNA-seq data, we decided to license Partek Flow as part of the suite of bioinformatics tools offered by the medical library in support of biomedical research. For about a year, we have seen a growing number of researchers using this tool in their data analyses. I have used this software in consultations, tutorials, and two collaboration projects for the analysis of RNA-Seq data. My experience has been very positive.”
