This is why we can capture data in real-time and even archive content retroactively. The first time Pagefreezer archives a social media account, the complete available history is collected. Apart from the above, Pagefreezer integrates with the popular government open records management solution GovQA, and is also in the process of integrating with popular eDiscovery solutions. At present, many Pagefreezer exports can already be imported into eDiscovery tools.

In addition, new team members can attend weekly group training sessions every Thursday at 10am PST (included in your subscription fee). Available to all clients, these downloadable PDF files contain a wealth of information on how to use Pagefreezer.

    The aim is always to get users up and running in minutes. Provide us with the list of social media networks to be captured and the email addresses of the managers/administrators, and they will receive an email to connect their social media accounts with Pagefreezer with a single click—the rest will happen automatically. If you don’t have the email addresses for all managers at present, you can connect them yourself at a later stage. The Pagefreezer Support team is also available to provide demonstrations to any stakeholders or managers that would like to be included in the project, and if needed, will provide online training for administrators and users.
