"Implementation was practical, fast and efficient. The technical training is excellent, all our doubts and questions were clarified and answered to our satisfaction. The entire system was installed remotely in a single day and the response times of the Support Department have been excellent. With this software we have improved our response times, streamlined the administrative process and it definitely helped us make the process of construction equipment rental efficient and effective. It substantially reduced the workload of the Department of Revenue, by dramatically streamlining billing tasks and subsequent recovery. We have received excellent feedback from our customers since Sirius was implemented. Prior to billing the monthly closing took an average of 1 to 2 weeks. After finishing the month with Sirius we carry billing out exactly the last day of each month, thus achieving better performance in the subsequent accounting period. Our fleet of rental equipment is now in good condition thanks to the Preventive Maintenance module. I highly recommend Sirius software, it is an excellent and cost-effective solution.
