Now IT Matters is a small private consulting firm located in San Francisco specializing in salesforce implementations for non-profits. Salesforce is extremely generous to non-profits giving 1% of time, product, and profits to seeing the world changed for the better. Non-profits get 10 free full licenses and 80% off of most other licenses. Which is like an airline deciding to be generous and donate a 747 to any non-profit. The non-profit is grateful, but needs to find a pilot and crew that knows how to get it off the ground. Now IT Matters helps train admins, customize salesforce, and implement solutions but with the perspective of former non-profit professionals.
