Integration is a foundational capability of our CDP. Even bespoke integrations can be tackled leveraging on our integration framework that contains all necessary technical components to swiftly build, maintain and monitor integrations.
Our pricing is subscription-based and usage-based. The total fees are a combination of the number of customer profiles and the engagements those profiles are showing to the presented experiences. That way, our pricing is linked to the usage and the success of our product.

Implementing an NGDATA solution is split up into 4 phases: use case strategy, detailed use case design, building the data model and integrate with data sources and execution channels and finally go live and monitor.
Training of the customer happens throughout this process by giving actual training sessions and guiding the customer to create use cases himself.
Typically during an implementation the first use case is done by NGDATA, the second together with the customer and the third use case by the customer with shadowing of NGDATA.
The total timeline will take around 3-4 months from design to go-live, with 4 months of monitoring after go-live.
NGDATA offers two types of support packages to its clients: standard support (8 AM to 6 PM, from Monday to Friday) and a full one (24/7) on incident management. Besides that, NGDATA’s service desk handles information requests, service requests and suggestions.
Besides the classic support model, managed services can also be offered to our clients. The focus of NGDATA’s managed services is on the availability and performance of the software and the operational management of the software environment (cloud or on-premises).
