“It’s all about listening and understanding the customers needs Nextview was introduced to us by our headquarters who had already started up a collaboration with them. Last summer, Eric Rombouts visited us for the first time to explore what our project was about, to listen to our needs and understand the process. That was the start of a splendid, interesting and fruitful collaboration. We got to know Nextview as a partner that really listens to the customer to understand the exact needs, thinks in solutions, looks to problems form different angles taking the end user into consideration and stays in constant dialogue with the customer. Thanks to their professionalisme, expertise and knowledge we were able to achieve our goal : a new, performant, user friendly tool able to handle all sorts of exceptions.
