  • Does NewBook International, Inc. offer any kind of training/education for their product?

    When you sign up with NewBook, you will receive 4 x 1 hour online training sessions with a dedicated trainer to run through basic system information. If you prefer, our expert trainers can visit your property for on-site training, which is useful if you would like to train your whole team. You are welcome to reserve more training sessions at any stage. Please feel free to contact our team to discuss on-site training or additional online session costs. We also provide over 500 free self-help guides in our Knowledge Base to assist with our features that you and your team can use.

  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for NewBook International, Inc. software.

    Once your contract is signed and initial payment has been received, your Setup Coordinator will provide you with setup documentation to complete, which is used to build your customized NewBook system.

    You will then need to provide your most recent PMS data so your Setup Coordinator can migrate your data into NewBook. This can take up to 2 weeks depending on your business size.

    Your Setup Coordinator will then contact you to arrange your 4 x 1-hour training and once you feel ready, your live date will be booked! The whole process can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your account.
