In 1997, the company abandoned its RPO roots to concentrate on creating, deploying, and enhancing hiring software for human resources. HR Services Inc. is the provider of DialApp interactive voice response system, now a configuration option of the myStaffingPro applicant tracking suite, and the recruiting software, myStaffingPro Elevate.
